No Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of our products (research reagents, lyophilized, sealed), the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to §312g (2) No. 2 BGB (German Civil Code) once the seal has been broken or damaged after delivery.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been shipped, returns or refunds are not possible in principle.

Exceptions

Refunds are granted exclusively in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective products upon arrival (reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence)
• Incorrect items shipped
