The Provider sells exclusively research reagents, peptides, and research chemicals for scientific in-vitro research. All offered products are:

The display of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. A purchase contract is only concluded upon confirmation by the Provider via email after successful payment.
All prices include statutory VAT. Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe. Accepted payment methods: credit card, Klarna, SEPA direct debit, and other methods offered by Stripe.
The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable is the price at the time of order placement.
Delivery is typically made within 3–7 business days after payment is received. If a product must be backordered, delivery may take up to 3 business weeks.

Due to the nature of the products (research reagents, lyophilized, sealed), the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to §312g (2) No. 2 BGB (German Civil Code) once the seal has been broken or damaged after delivery.
If the seal remains intact, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with statutory provisions.
The delivered products remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been received.

The Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its owners, employees, and affiliated companies from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from a violation of these Terms or the misuse of the products.
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is the Provider's registered office, provided the Customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via email or by publication on the website. Continued use of the website after an amendment constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
